Day 67 – Prince Rupert to Klewnuggit – July 18, 2018

And Goodbye Prince Rupert! I hope to never have to see you again! Rain Rain Rain. I’ve been stalking the weather apps on my phone for reports on weather and temperatures farther south and at home and I see everyone (except Prince Rupert) is getting gorgeous 80s weather! Can’t wait to cast off and start that direction. Today we are heading back down the Grenville Channel and I think we are headed for Klewnuggit but not sure. Crab and shrimp await us there should we choose to put pots down. I say “we” but I’m not capable right now with my hip so it would depend if John wants to do it. I have one more book recommendation before I go today, it’s called “The Soul of an Octopus” and once again, it’s a nonfiction account of the author’s study of the intelligence of the Octopus and her physical interactions with the creatures. It takes place mostly in the New England Aquarium but also diving around the world. It’s beautifully written and if you are an animal or creature lover of any sort, you will enjoy this book. Thank you Anne Malmo for giving the book to me! Anyway, signing off for a while as I don’t know when we will get WiFi or phone service again. I believe we’ll be offline for up to a week so I wish you all well. Enjoy that sunshine!

SUCH a delightful read

Just another day in Prince Rupert - rain, rain, and more rain - Buh-Bye
